FAQ

WHAT ARE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS

My business hours are as follows. Any orders or conversations sent after listed hours will be addressed ASAP on the next business day.

Monday - Friday: 10:00 - 6:00 PM EST

Saturday - Sunday: CLOSED

Closed on all holidays

DO YOU ACCEPT COMMISSIONS?

I do occasionally accept commissions. I open a limited number of spots every 2-3 months. These openings are first come, first serve. I no longer hold spots. Please join my email list to be notified when commissions open.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY SCULPTURE?

If your new Wingling becomes dusty, gently brush it with a soft bristle paint or makeup brush. If needed, you can wipe it gently with a slightly damp cloth using water only. Do not use any cleaners because they may etch through or remove the varnish applied to the finish.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

I currently ship to the US. However, I will consider shipping internationally by request only. Please contact me to see if shipping is currently available to your country.

HOW QUICKLY DO YOU SHIP?

My processing time for ready to ship items is 2-3 business days. Weekends and holidays are not included. This is the time needed to pack your order before shipping. Processing times for made to order or commissions will vary and will be disclosed at the time of ordering. Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays are possible, especially during peak holiday seasons.

DO YOU COMBINE SHIPPING?

I will combine shipping when possible. However, due to the fragile nature of my sculptures, they may need to be packaged and shipped individually to prevent damage.

DO YOU ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS?

Yes, cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing your order, including commissions. I cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Yes, returns are accepted. A return must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Do not return item without contacting me first. A return will be refused if not approved beforehand. Buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back for a return. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Item must be in original, unused condition, or a loss of value fee will be charged if item is damaged or unsellable.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED?

Please contact me immediately if there is damage to your order. Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. Delivery date will be determined by date provided by tracking. DO NOT THROW ANYTHING AWAY! Per USPS requirements, you must send pictures of the packaging as it was received, including any damage stickers provided directly from the post office, as well as pictures of the damaged contents inside. If photos of packaging or damaged items are not provided, a claim cannot be filed and a refund or replacement (if available) will not be issued.

WHAT DO I DO IF I BREAK MY SCULPTURE?

If you accidently remove or break a small part like a horn, it can usually be reattached with super glue. Do not apply too much, because excess glue can cause a white splotchy appearance. If there is significant damage to your sculpture, I may be able to fix it for you, just send me a message with pictures to see if a repair is possible. You will be responsible for the shipping to me for repair, as well as the shipping to send it back to you. But I will be happy to help if I can.

Please remember that polymer clay sculptures are fragile and are not toys. They should be kept away from young children and pets. They make great guardians and love watching over you from shelves out of reach from little hands and paws.

CAN MY SCULPTURE GET WET?

My Winglings are made from polymer clay, which is normally a weather resistant material. However, the technique and materials used to create my dragon wings are more delicate than clay. So it is recommended that you keep your new Winglings inside and away from wet areas like bathrooms, water fountains and aquariums.

HOW DO YOU MAKE YOUR TATTERED DRAGON WINGS?

As much as I'd love to share, my technique is a trade secret. I developed my signature wings after many trials and errors and it takes several steps to create my current style.
